Pair of Brushstroke Series Catchall Trays-
Forged key/trinket trays from my Brushstroke series. Made from thick flatbar, they are sumptuously heavy for their size. They have a nice deep texture, providing visual interest. The texture tools used for this are hand-made by me, and therefore unique to my trays. The contrasting height of the corners, being somewhat symmetrical on the diagonal, provides a visual balance which is highly pleasing to the eye.
This piece is finished using one of my favorite spray sealing techniques, where large portions of the scale that forms during forging is left, which creates a pleasing dark color when sealed, appropriate to the material.

Comes with 8 very small stick-on furniture pads for use on damageable surfaces.
Made from 1018 mild steel.
They Measure ~6.5” on the longer sides, and ~4.5” on the shorter sides.
