We keep our warranty pretty simple, as we don’t expect it to get much use. Here’s what’s covered:

  1. All goods are guaranteed to last the duration of the lifetime of the original owner, and will be repaired or replaced if broken during regular use (Regular use is defined as when the item is used in the activity it was designed/produced to fulfill) free of charge*.

  2. If an item does not meet your expectations, and you want to return it, you are also eligible for a full refund*.

Here’s what’s NOT covered in your warranty:

  1. Finish (the condition of the surface) of products is not guaranteed against tarnish. Carbon steel, and to a much lesser extent stainless steel, are vulnerable to rust and corrosion if not properly cared for. It is up to the individual to do diligence and ensure they care for their item porperly. We are happy to provide any information necessary for this.

Q: How do I initiate a return/replacement/exchange?

Q: What if I am not the original owner?

A: Because of the heirloom quality of our goods we will still honor the warranty in some circumstances. Please reach out if you have this issue.

Q: What if I have issues with the finish of my goods?

A: While we do not guarantee the finish of any goods, we are happy to provide advice on proper use, care, and maintenance, or refinishing services at the buyer’s expense.
